Owner Linwood Mozingo rebuilt his first transmission at age 15 giving him 47 years of experience. Mozingo's is very diverse transmission shop, we can rebuild the transmission in your classic 1950's car and the one you just drove off your dealers lot. Over the years we have kept up with the times and have the latest computer diagnostic tools.

Mozingo's Transmission Center is family owned and operated and has been serving at the same locations in Pikeville NC., since 1971. We service, repair, rebuild, and replace transmissions in most cars and trucks. Most makes and models, foreign or domestic, manual or automatic can be handled by our experienced in house technicians. We work hard to maintain any vehicle, that's why we specialize in transmission and driveline repair.
